We collect phone numbers for OTP login, profile details you submit (name, education, community, photos), payment records, and usage data needed to operate matching and notifications. WhatsApp may be used to deliver OTPs and match alerts.
Your data is used to create and display profiles, run search and recommendations, process interests and payments, notify brokers/candidates, and improve platform safety. We do not sell your personal data.
Photos and documents are stored securely (e.g. S3). Access is controlled by authentication and role-based permissions. You can adjust photo visibility and other privacy controls in Privacy Settings.
Profile information may be visible to other users based on your settings. Contact details are revealed only after applicable interest/acceptance rules. Brokers managing your profile may see client details needed for matchmaking.
You may update your profile, hide it, adjust privacy settings, block users, or request account deletion. Contact support for privacy concerns or data requests.
